Pool Cleaning Technician
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming and netting pools
- Brush pool walls and tile
- Testing water chemistry
- Add various chemicals to pool water to adjust pool chemistry
- Clean out skimmer baskets
- Clean out pump baskets
- Clean out automatic cleaners
- Operate various types of pool automation
- Visually inspect pool equipment for defects or damage
- Remove calcium buildup on tile line
Requirements:
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a clean driving history
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain cleanliness of company truck
- Be able to work independently
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a smart phone
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Cleaner Helper
Responsibilities:
- Assist pool cleaning technician in maintaining pool chemicals and pool cleanliness
- Cover a route if vacation or sick time is being used by a pool cleaning technician
- Be able to grow into their own route as a pool cleaning technician
Requirements:
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a clean driving history
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Be able to work independently and with others
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have smart phone
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Service Technicians
Responsibilities:
- Installing and testing products, equipment, and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product
- Using diagnostic tools to identify issues and evaluating the available information
- Fixing defective or broken products or listing the necessary parts on work order to replace faulty or worn-out parts
- Promoting the company's services
- Maintaining your technical and mechanical skills
Requirements:
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to diagnose and solve problems based on customers' non-technical descriptions
- Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry
- Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and bend frequently
Service Helpers
Responsibilities:
- Performing light repair work
- Performing minor electrical work
- Assisting the service technician
- Completing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to listen and follow instructions
